Black Hat Organization is an evil company led by its founder, Black Hat. Its main goal is to make money by selling products and services to other villains at exhorbitant prices. It takes headquarters in Black Hat's manor, though it ships internationally and interdimensionally.

Its website can only be accessed by the Black Web, "a hidden network for villains, bounty hunters and other unlikable beings".
