Dark Phantom is a character that first appears in "The Lost Cases of Rhyboflavin". He's an alien supervillain who leads a gang and is the latest bearer of the title.

Appearance

Dark Phantom appears to be mostly bald and has no ears, as well as having sharp teeth, no pupils, white hair and a pointy nose. He wears a black cape and suit, in addition to a blue belt, mask, collar, and webs around his wrists. He has spiked cuffs on his gloves and spikes on his boots.
