Herbert Leth[1], codenamed Goldheart, is a superhero that first appeared in "The Dreadful Dawn". He's Dr. Flug's arch-nemesis, and arguably the overarching antagonist of Villainous.
He appears to be very popular, as he's been interviewed several times over the course of his career, and seems to lead his own superhero team, that once had Miss Heed as a member.
Appearance[]
In "The Dreadful Dawn", Goldheart appeared in Flug's dream bathed in golden light. His only discernible feature is being buck-toothed.
In "Satellite Secrets", Goldheart appears in an interview on TV. He has brown half-shaved hair, dyed yellow at the end in the shape of a heart. The back of which is tied into a short ponytail. His eyes are a pale yellow without pupils. His costume sports a golden yellow color scheme, donning heart shapes.
In "The Heedeous Heart", Goldheart is seen watching the report of Miss Heed's capture and Flug's envolvment in the event.
As seen in Flug's memories of Heed's betrayal, his cape is heart shaped.
Personality[]
In Flug's dream, he was arrogant and dismissive of his efforts, calling him a failure. This, however, is Flug's own view, tainted by his disdain for the hero.
In the interview, he is shown to be charismatic and respectful towards other heroes. The end of Heedious Heart implies that he likely doesn’t hate Flug, but sees him as a nuisance.

Dr. Flug[]
In Dr. Flug's research log, it's stated that both met during Flug's younger years - and ever since, they've been enemies. While Flug claims their enmity evolved into hatred, such hostility may be one-sided, as Goldheart's reaction to seeing the villain on the news is one of mild annoyance.
Miss Heed[]
Although she is infatuated with him, Goldheart has shown no signs of returning her affections. However, given they were teammates, he's likely to have been on good terms with her until her arrest. It's unknown if Goldheart is aware of her roots as a villain-in-training, or even of his status as the cause of her departure from villainy.

Trivia[]
- His powers were not yet revealed, but one could assume, from his depiction in Flug's dream, that he has light-based abilities.
- Given that Flug's research log lists him as "in prioritary observation", it's implied that he's considered a serious enough threat to Black Hat Organization.
- Goldheart is implied to be closely involved with the organization P.E.A.C.E., as its motto is "Gold be your heart".
