Monstrous Black Hat is a "clone" of Black Hat created by the Evil ray in "The Perception of Evil". He was created by 5.0.5.

Appearance

Monstrous Black Hat is a large, lankier, scarier version of Black Hat. His arms are much bigger than they should be in relation to his body and his shoulders stick far up, even past his comparatively small top hat. His teeth are even pointier than Black Hat's, and his face has a diamond-like shape.
