Trivia[]
- Episode Lip-Sync: Spanish and English
- "The Lost Cases of the Park" was originally uploaded as "The Lost Cases of the Tree House", but was then fixed.
- When Black Hat sees bios of the Sector V members, Numbuh 4's picture is actually a hamster that looks like him from the episode "Operation: H.A.M.S.T.E.R.".
- Similarly to "The Lost Cases of the Park" which was uploaded on the second Saturday of the month instead of the first, "The Lost Cases of the Tree House" was uploaded on the third.
- Cartoon Network LA's Facebook posted a series of images where Dr. Flug and 5.0.5. waited for the video to upload, due to the agents stealing their computer's RAM.
- This is the first video to not have a Cartoon Network outro.
- Several of the KND members shown in the shot where they were in fear of BH Org are caricatures of the Villainous crew members, with the character Numbuh 26 being a caricature of background artist Benji Santiago.[3][4]
- As shown in the credits, one of the "invited villains" was M. Gedeon. This is a shout-out to Melissa Gedeón, the voice of Demencia.
- Another invited villain is "El Guajolote Macías", which is a nod to José Macías' (voice of Dr. Flug) role as James in the Latin American dub of Pokémon', specifically the episode "The Fortune Hunters" when the character, dressed as a Moltres, proclaims himself as Moltres el Guajolote Macías.
Cartoon Network/Warner Bros./Hanna Barbera references/cameos[]
- A still image of Mojo Jojo from The PowerPuff Girls with a paper bag over his head carrying a sign that says "Con lo que guste cooperar" appears towards the beginning as an example of a peniless villain.
- Several clips of Adventure Time were shown in the beginning, including:
- The skeleton citizens in the episode, "Mortal Folly"
- The Business Man building the Gauntlet Dock in the episode, "Business Time"
- BMO and Neptr being blasted by the large amounts of treasure in the episode, "Furniture & Meat"
- The montage of changing the perception of half-scared to "I think I died" is the following scenes:
- The Cuties from Adventure Time crying and injured in the episode "Conquest of Cuteness".
- Courage from Courage the Cowardly Dog shouting after opening the door in the episode, "Courage in the Big Stinkin' City".
- Jake as a Sheet Ghost in the episode "Ghost Fly".
- A clip of Malum Kranus from the Regular Show episode "Kill 'Em with Kindness" offering to host is played as an example of inviting friends.
- Hunson Abadeer from Adventure Time is shown on the BHO Credit Card, as well as the brochure of joining the Black Hat Organization alongside Malum Kranus, The Red Guy from Cow and Chicken and HIM from The PowerPuff Girls original version.
- The Red Guy was shown in a still image as a dry cleaning service to the organization members, a nod to the Cow and Chicken episode "Who is Super Cow?".
- For Rule # 532, a still image of Barbequor and The Silver Spooner from Dexter's Laboratory was shown.
- Aunt Grandma from Uncle Grandpa is shown as an Organization member with clips of her debut episode where she is attacked by Uncle Grandpa were shown as well, along with her reaching out to Flug, Demencia and Earl for advice.

Cultural references[]
- Behind the Gangreen Gang is a blurred poster of Ace in his Gorillaz design, referencing how the character is used by the band. Ace being missing from the group shot also indicates the homage.
- One of the benefits for joining the Black Hat Organization is receiving "Anillos Especials" (Special Rings). This is a reference to the "special rings" Bart and Lisa Simpson possess in The Simpsons episode "Homer the Great".[5]
- During the "Demencia Tips" segment, Numbuh 5 was shown wearing a yellow jacket looking at Demencia hiding in the sewers in clown makeup while carrying a balloon. This is a nod to Pennywise the Dancing Clown from the novel It by Stephen King.
